If you live in the following states and are in network with Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Oxford, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Husky or Medicare, we will be able to work together via your health insurance plan: Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, Virginia, Vermont, Connecticut, Texas, New York, Illinois, Florida, Missouri, Maryland and North Carolina.

If we can work together via your insurance plan, your visits will likely be fully covered or you may need to pay a copay per visit. That’s it! The majority of my clients pay nothing out of pocket to work with me!

I will meet you where you’re at and we will come up with a plan that is individualized to you and your needs. There is no one size fits all plan with me. I approach each individual differently.

I’ll provide you support, accountability and be your Polly Pocket Dietitian/Cheerleader along your journey to better health. Accessible right at your fingertips.

Call and texting plans are available. Please note, all plans come with unlimited texting with me inside of my coaching app. You will also get access to my resource library & motivational messages that I send out throughout the week.

OUT OF POCKET PRICING IF WE CAN’T WORK TOGETHER VIA INSURANCE:

• Text only plan with weekly check-in: $249/month

• Texting plan with weekly check-in & one call per month: $349/month

• I also offer a monthly texting check-in maintenance plan for $99/month - this plan is not recommended if you are just starting out and need greater accountability & more hands on support.
